The founder and President of PRD Management, Inc., James McGrath has spent 40 years dedicated to planning, consulting, and managing multi-family housing. He firmly believes in the philosophy of “service to others.”
Jim is a licensed real estate broker and licensed professional planner in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jim’s career has been dedicated to planning, constructing, consulting, and managing multi-family housing. He firmly believes in the philosophy of “service to others”, building his company and results round that commitment. Jim has won numerous national and local awards for his work and leadership in housing. Jim is a founding member of the NJ, PA & DE chapters of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), and he currently serves as co-Chair of the New Jersey Housing Management Task Force of the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency, and is on the Board of the NJ Apartment Association.
