What’s in Your Toolkit?

PRD kicked off 2020 by expanding their toolkit. We are committed to looking for ways to help our employees connect, collaborate, and work efficiently. 

These are some of our favorite tools:

  • Pingboard is an employee directory that connects employees. It puts a “face to a name,” and employees can call or email a coworker from the Mobile App. 
  • We use Asana for project management and collaboration. It enables PRD to track company goals and milestones, so everyone understands how their work fits into our overall strategy.
  • Red Flag was put in place in March of 2020 to reach employees for emergency or urgent messages.  
  • Trainual is the latest software that we have started using to document “The PRD way of doing business” for new and existing employees. Trainual is a playbook that allows employees to access training materials, company policies, and standard operating procedures from their desk OR the field.
